We want to thank you for shopping at DanceSavvy and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). Merchandise may be returned under these guidelines.
Returning items to DanceSavvy
Any merchandise may be returned or exchanged within
60 days (or as published) from day of PURCHASE as they meet the following requirements:
- You can print the return form for returning dance shoes to our warehouse.
Your order number is your return authorization number (RMA). Once you have
these instructions please make sure you send your item to the address on the return form and NOT to the address on your invoice. Login to you account to see order or check your invoice.

- Footwear items must be returned with clean soles and apparel items must be in original condition
- DVD can only be returned for exchanged if damaged.
Worn Merchandise with or without a RETURN form
Normal wear and tear is not warranted on any merchandise. Exchanges on worn merchandise will only be made when the damage is caused by a manufacturer’s defect. Items cut or sliced by sharp objects cannot be exchanged. After 60 days of delivery date, items may not be returned for any reason.
Returning items by mail
Online purchases may be returned back to us at our processing centers, so please read your return instructions carefully.
Upon receipt of your order, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order,
RETURN THE ITEM WITH OUR RETURN FORM. .
- Returns will not be accepted without completed RMA form. Items shipped to the wrong location will be charged 20% restocking fee.
- All products must be returned in new condition. Footwear items must be returned in their original box. Dresses must not be visibly worn or washed or altered in any way.
- Items purchased from a third party (not www.dancesavvy.com) cannot be returned to DanceSavvy.
- We advise that when shipping product back, customers should choose the same shipper that delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. DanceSavvy is not responsible for returned product in transit.
- Upon receipt of your order at our warehouse, we will examine the product, and as long as it meets the pre-defined return criteria, we will issue a credit for the original purchase. An email confirmation notifying you of the credit will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Orders returned for credit that were purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded by a check, which would be mailed to the billing address.
- If we cannot process your refund electronically; we send a refund check via mail.
- If you used 2nd day or rush shipping then the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If your return for refund is $150 or more then a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your order.
How do I cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please send an email via Contact us form as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel the order.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you may either refuse delivery of the product or ship the product back to us. DanceSavvy Online advises that when shipping product back, customers should choose the same shipper that delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. DanceSavvy is not responsible for returned product in transit.
Please see our Returns section for further details. We will not refund shipping for these orders since the order already was shipped.
In order to show an expanded inventory online, DanceSavvy may ship some of the items listed online from one our different design studios . Because of this expanded inventory, shipping times for certain items may vary based on current inventory levels.
The availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take us to ship the product if not in stock. In transit times will vary based on the order's final destination.
DanceSavvy reserves the right to restrict product quantities per order at their discretion. There will be a maximum of nine units allowed per customer, unless pre-approved by Customer Service. Orders that exceed these limitations may be cancelled without prior notification.
DanceSavvy pays the California sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations for you. You pay no sales taxes with us.
If you find a product for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and DanceSavvy's price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at DanceSavvy.com!
Rules:
- The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color that was purchased from the DanceSavvy.com website.
- The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site.
- The website where you find the lower price must be an Authorized Dealer for Very Fine Shoes.
- The website where you find the lower price must be a trustworthy member of BBBonline.
- The final price that would have been paid at the other site will be compared to the final price on your order with DanceSavvy and will be included when calculating the difference.
- Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.
- Offer is valid on orders/items shipped to destinations within the United States using the same shipping method.
- The lower price you paid at the other website CANNOT be due to the use of the following:
- discontinued items
- promotional offers
- using discount coupons
- any clearance items
- closeout items
- any special order items
- typographical errors in advertisements
- any product-bundle pricing on the order
- membership pricing/wholesale pricing
To receive your refund:
1. Order the item that you want from DANCESAVVY.
2. Send an email from our Contact Us link with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL of the site where you found the item, and (3) instructions how to find the item.
3. After receiving your email, DanceSavvy will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the refund (in the form of a gift certificate), and send you an e-mail with your new total.
