SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently items to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia,  Australia, New Zealand, South America. We do NOT ship to Africa, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam, or ship to U.S. Protectorates. Free exchange shipping does not apply outside of the United States.

We support our troops, thus we ship to APO addresses. At checkout however enter home mailing address for shipping and include APO/FPO address in comments box. Using a military address you MUST accept ALL responsiblity for any loss or delay in delivery caused by military mailing system.

SHIPPING METHOD

We only mainly UPS or Fedex to ship your packages on Saturday delivery.  If you choose to use a P.O. Box address you MUST accept ALL responsiblity for any loss or delay in delivery caused by USPS

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hrs of placement. Most orders placed by 11:00 am Pacific time are shipped the same day, orders placed after 11:00 am are shipped the next business day. Please refer to the shipping time map to estimate domestic ground delivery times.  We offer Standard Ground, 2 Day, and 3 Day delivery. Please note that we are a very busy  at certain times of the year, so processing/production time may run longer than normal. We ask you to please be patient with us as we are doing our very best to get your package to you as soon as possible.

TRACKING NUMBERS

On the day of shipping we will email you the tracking # of your package(s) around 8 pm Pacific time. You can also log into your account to see the status of your order at any time. You can click on your tracking number to track the location of your package.
